As a
Converting Operator , you will run
Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines , ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team.
What You'll Bring 1-3 years of experience in converting, printing, or related industries Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred) What We Offer
Work schedule:
10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday (with Friday overtime as needed) Day Shift: 6:10 AM - 4:30 PM No weekends!
Competitive pay:
$18-$23 per hour, based on skills and experience Benefits package:
