Day shift is exposed to a few more specialized studies, like Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI. Night shift does more bread and butter scans, brains, spines, abdomens, extremities. The accuity of patient varies from ambulatory to total assist by RNs or other staff. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) of jobs in system we can sub: 1 submittal per facility Requires specific amount of exp.: 2 years minimum unless otherwise noted. Specific Charting exp. required: EPIC Bill rate: Bill rates firm Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Please notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with BG/Nursys hits, but must present to client for written approval. Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs and Leads. ALL travelers are expected to float. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set! If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
