Overview
Senior Electrical Automation Project Engineer / Engineer (PM) in Milwaukee, WI, within the Technical Services and Support (TS&S) department. You will develop, plan, execute, monitor, and control capital projects from $500k up to $20M. Work closely with the Brewery and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion. In addition to project management, provide high?level optimization support to drive improvements in energy and water consumption. Reports to the Senior Manager of Electrical, Automation & Controls Design; collaborates with Integrated Supply Chain operations teams. What Youll Be Brewing Provides advanced project management expertise to execute projects in accordance with MolsonCoors project management philosophy (FEL) and financial policies, including evaluating delivery methodologies, determining resource requirements, and ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. Collaborates with consulting firms and Construction Managers to issue for construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction of the project. Leads value engineering opportunities during project reviews to deliver the best solution at optimal cost while minimizing operational interruptions. Subject Matter Expert for Electrical & Automation scope, supporting Brewing Design PMs, Packaging Design PMs, and Utility Design PMs; conducts periodic meetings, captures minutes, and refines the business case for stage-gate approvals. Maintains project expenditure forecast, provides Estimates at Completion, and delivers the project to the customers satisfaction. Travel up to 30%.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical or equivalent experience (5+ years) in Electrical Engineering. At least 6 years of experience in a sanitary food production environment with a track record in high-speed, high-volume packaging or process manufacturing. Expertise with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Strong problem solving, relationship building, accountability, and a learning mindset; ability to align with Molson Coors core values.

Compensation
The posting provides a salary range that Molson Coors believes it would pay at the time of posting. Final pay decisions are based on location, work experience, skills, and internal equity. Salary range: $107,000.00 $140,400.00, plus a 15% target short-term incentive and an average of about $23,000 in benefits per employee (health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP).
