Terminal Operator
Join our team as a Terminal Operator where you will perform a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role involves handling silica materials and managing packaging processes in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Attach large bags to a chute to collect silica material, operating levers to control volume according to orders, and monitoring weight scales. Lift 50-pound bags from a waist-high table and stack them on pallets, with bags produced every 30 seconds. Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material. Operate a forklift after completing a one-month training period. Drive trucks within the facility, not on roads, after completing a training period beyond the first month. Maintain cleanliness of workstations through general cleanup tasks. Essential Skills: Experience in general labor, packaging, and using hand tools. Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds. Capability to obtain a proper respirator fit. Experience working in both hot and cold environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with forklift operation and loading/unloading processes. Background in construction or oil and gas industries is beneficial. Why Work Here?
