Collaborate with our AI developers to enhance the capabilities of our chatbot, ensuring it can handle an ever-increasing range of issues autonomously. Continuously improve your knowledge across our diverse product portfolio, staying ahead of the curve in technical support innovation.
What You Wont Be Doing
Spending months getting up to speed; you'll be expected to quickly gain proficiency in our products. Frequently relying on your manager for guidance; this role demands independence and self-sufficiency. Handling mundane, repetitive support tasks; our AI takes care of those, leaving you with the challenging cases.
Senior Technical Support Engineer Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support by integrating your technical expertise with AI capabilities to resolve complex issues beyond the AI's current scope.
Basic Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a technical customer support role. Proficiency in advanced AI tools, including automating workflows and creating custom GPTs.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
