MINT Cannabis is seeking customer service focused security team members to join our team. The company is ever expanding and seeking individuals that are interested in growth. Our security team are responsible for de-esclating situations, parking lot and crowd control, while ensuring customers, patients and other team members feel safe! POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Security Guard serves visitors/patients by maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU? Currently have, or can obtain an unarmed or armed guard card Customer service focused Can stand up to 8 hours, and okay with being outside long periods of time. Looking for growth, through feedback Ability to de-esclate situations Attention to detail, ensuring premises stay secure Prevents losses and damage by observing and reporting. Team oriented. QUALIFICATIONS: -Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. 36-2801.10 -Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the -Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. 36-2804.01 -Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. 36-2801.10 -Valid Identification -High school diploma or equivalent. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am shifts available for Tempe & 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Mesa shift currently open.
