Nurse Manager
The Administrative Manager plays a key role in overseeing and supporting the coordination of patient care services around the clock. This position manages patient flow, facilitates communication, and leads emergency room efforts. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and staffing office, the role helps optimize staffing strategies to enhance labor efficiency. Additionally, they contribute leadership to quality improvement and strategic initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional patient care. The patient population served spans all age groupsfrom neonates to geriatrics. Responsibilities Oversee and support the coordination of patient care services 24/7. Manage patient flow and facilitate communication within the emergency room. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and staffing office to optimize staffing strategies. Lead efforts in quality improvement and strategic initiatives for exceptional patient care. Serve a diverse patient population, including neonates to geriatrics. Essential Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license. Patient care and care coordination expertise. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. 2-5 years of acute care experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Current MN RN License. Graduate of an accredited BSN program. Work Environment Supporting the operations of a Level 1 Trauma center Emergency department from an Administrative capacity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
