Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary administrator for Coupa across multiple business units
• Configure and maintain Coupa modules, workflows, and user roles
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user inquiries
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize Coupa usage
• Support integration efforts between Coupa and other enterprise systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity

Compensation: $30/hr to $34/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Coupa applications • Strong understanding of Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management • Experience with Coupa integrations (e.g., via API, flat files, middleware) • Familiarity with workflow configuration, custom fields, and reporting within Coupa • Experience working in enterprise-level environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred: • Experience with Coupa Release Management and testing new features • Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle, SAP) • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices • Coupa Certification(s) a plus Familiarity with ServiceNow & Jira
