What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage multiple WordPress projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring smooth client communication and service delivery - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and translating technical concepts - Curate and maintain organized project backlogs to keep teams focused and deliverables on track - Monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to clients and internal management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and anticipate project needs
What is Required (Qualifications): - 35 years of digital agency project management experience, particularly with WordPress projects - Strong understanding of the full life cycle of web build projects and long-term client support engagements - Familiarity with agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation - Excellent time management and communication skills to manage workload and team dynamics - Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple fast-paced projects with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience managing and working with distributed project teams in a remote environment - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Passion for open-source platforms and web technology
