Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to join their large engineering firm in North Carolina. This role will oversee the scope, scheduling, and budgeting of water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Design Project Manager will lead multi-discipline teams, coordinate with clients to address project needs, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include financial management, budget monitoring, cost control, and preparing project documentation and reports. The role requires proactive issue resolution to ensure successful project completion.

Direct Placement Salary:
$130,000-$180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Active PE license (any state) 10+ years of experience in design project management within the water, wastewater, or infrastructure sector Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and civil systems Preferred Certifications: PMP, DBIA, or CCM (or willingness to obtain)
