What Youll Be Responsible For Forecast inventory needs using our Sales Pipeline and rollout schedules Place inventory orders once sales opportunities meet required thresholds Track lead times and identify potential delays in customer rollouts Monitor container repair stock and de-installations as inventory sources Manage outbound purchase orders and ensure timely execution Review contracts for setup and billing requirements Coordinate with warehouse teams to meet delivery expectations Join implementation calls to align on delivery timelines and financial approvals What Youll Bring Must-Have Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain Strong analytical and communication skills Solid understanding of forecasting and demand planning Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables required) Ability to work independently and maintain Central or Eastern business hours Nice-to-Have Experience in operational environments or production platforms Familiarity with contract review and billing coordination Your Growth & Impact This role is central to our Operations team and offers exposure to multiple departments. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, positively impact infection control and reduce environmental burden.
