Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Plano, TX for an Account Manager / Creative Copywriter. The Account Manager / Creative Copywriter will manage client accounts, develop on-hold marketing messaging, create engaging and persuasive copy, and collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery. They will also be responsible for client communication, project management, and editing content to meet client specifications. Qualifications Excellent client management and communication skills Proficiency in creative copywriting and content development Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams Strong editing and proofreading skills Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field is preferred Experience in the on-hold messaging industry is a plus
