We are seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead our high- volume re-roofing operations. You'll be the cornerstone of quality, efficiency, and team development in our dynamic, homeowner-focused environment. Commercial roofing experience and working knowledge is required to meet the demands of this role. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management - Coach and mentor field supervisors, crews, and production coordinators - Lead weekly production huddles and monthly 1-on-1 performance check-ins - Build a strong, values-driven culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and craftsmanship Residential Roofing Expertise - Provide technical oversight across: shingle, tile, metal, commercial flat roofing including single-ply, torch down, and tapered roofing systems - Ensure all work complies with Florida building codes and permit requirements - Be the go-to expert for warranty standards and homeowner education Project Execution - Oversee end-to-end project delivery-from material staging to final walkthroughs - Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and respectful of homeowner property - Conduct jobsite inspections and support crews in quality improvements Operations & Coordination - Maintain weekly production schedules and coordinate across sales, procurement, and warehousing - Lead forecasting and resource planning to minimize downtime and delays - Manage tool and equipment needs within budget Safety & Compliance - Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety protocols on all job sites - Proactively identify risks and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately Administrative Leadership - Ensure accurate timecards, documentation, and timely project closeouts - Collaborate with sales and administrative staff to ensure complete project files Performance Metrics - On-time and on-budget project completion - High first-pass inspection rate - Excellent homeowner satisfaction scores - Strong team retention and professional development What You Bring - 5+ years in residential roofing or construction management - Commercial roofing experience and working knowledge is required - Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams - Familiarity with roofing systems, building codes, and OSHA standards - Exceptional planning, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually - Performance Pay: Based on team KPIs and homeowner satisfaction - Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and more - Growth: Career advancement opportunities and ongoing trainingApply Today Ready to lead the future of residential and commercial roofing?
