We are looking for an experienced
Vertex Developer
to join our team and support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of
Vertex tax solutions
(e.g., Vertex O Series) within our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of indirect tax processes, system configurations, and API or integration frameworks with platforms like SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support integrations between Vertex and ERP/financial platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Configure and maintain
Vertex O Series
settings to ensure accurate tax calculations and compliance. Collaborate with business users, tax teams, and technical teams to understand and deliver tax requirements. Troubleshoot issues related to tax determination, invoice discrepancies, or integration failures. Assist in tax rate updates, jurisdiction setup, and product classification management in Vertex. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and change logs. Support audits and compliance activities by generating reports and maintaining system integrity.
