Python Developer Team Lead/Project Lead

We are currently seeking a Python Developer/Lead - Remote to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. Leads development/configuration of application modules and the deployment and maintenance of software applications. Possesses deep point and subject matter expertise primarily for coding and provision of testing services. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications and reengineering complex program components. Proven experience as a Python Developer. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems. Experience in developing APIs using REST and SOAP. Hands-on experience with Linux, including shell scripting and system administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Good understanding of version control systems like Git. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Understanding of DevOps. Day to Day Job Duties/Responsibilities: Proven experience as a Python Developer. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems. Experience in developing APIs using REST and SOAP. Hands-on experience with Linux, including shell scripting and system administration. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 9+ years of experience with Python. Minimum 6+ years experience with SQL. Minimum 6+ years of experience in developing APIs using REST and SOAP. Hands-on experience with Linux, including shell scripting and system administration.
