- Other Details: The facility is seeking a locum OBGYN provider to cover several upcoming dates with emergency privileges available for those who qualify. Coverage is needed on September , October 1 6, October 23, October 29 November 1, November 13, November , November 26 December 5, December 25, and December 31 onward into 2026. The provider will not be responsible for supervising other providers and will work with EPIC EMR. Providers must be board certified, hold an active state license, DEA, CSR, and BLS certification, meet all vaccination requirements, and be available for most or all open dates. Local candidates are highly preferred.
