  • Schedule:
  • 10 days/month ongoing
  • Preferred structure:
  • Two 5-day stints (Wed-Sun) OR
  • 10 consecutive days/month
  • Call Type: Beeper call (24-hour shifts)
  • Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes
  • Patient Volume: 2 per shift
  • Admissions: Yes
  • Coverage: Assigned and unassigned patients
  • Average Annual Births: 330
  • EMR: MEDHOST
  • Trauma Level: IV Coverage Dates Needed
    • October 15-19 + 5 additional October days
    • Thanksgiving Week: November 26-30 (Wed-Sun)
    • December 24-28
    Candidate Requirements
    • License: Active MS License or IMLC - Required
    • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
    • Fellowship: Required
    • Certifications:
    • ACLS, BLS, PALS
    • Fetal Monitoring - Required
    • NRP - Preferred
  • Experience:
  • Must be comfortable with deliveries, C-sections, and emergency OB procedures
  • No CNMs accepted Facility Support
    • Excellent L&D staff with NP Director
    • Experienced L&D and OR staff
