Facility:
This medical center is a Level 4 trauma facility that provides essential healthcare services to the Cleveland community and surrounding areas. The facility offers comprehensive women's health services with a supportive medical team and infrastructure for obstetrics and gynecological care.
Opportunity:
Board Certification Eligible - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• Manage approximately 2 patient encounters per shift
• Provide care for both low and high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds (both Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted)
• Perform amniocentesis procedures as required
• Handle routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Make critical decisions regarding c-section necessity
• Manage complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office/minor gynecology services (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.) preferred
• Perform required surgical gynecology including open procedures
• Conduct laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures (tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation)
• Perform operative/major gynecological procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
• Must maintain ACLS and BLS certifications
• Position starts October 1, 2025 with ongoing assignment potential
