Hematology/Oncology Physician

Shift: 2 3 days per week, flexible (typically Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Description:

• The Hematologist/Oncologist will provide outpatient care with a manageable call schedule.
• The role is primarily outpatient with inpatient consults only on rare occasions.
• The physician will see approximately patients per day in the outpatient clinic.
• Call coverage is phone-only and limited to clinic patients.
• This assignment offers a flexible schedule with consistent work and long-term potential.
• The provider will collaborate with clinic staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• No supervision or resident teaching responsibilities are required.
• Electronic medical record system used is Epic.
• Clinic hours, with call coverage 16 hours per day worked

Experience: Previous Hematology/Oncology experience required
License: Active Kansas license or IMLC eligible
Certifications: Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology, ACLS, BLS
Must-Have: Fellowship training preferred, ability to manage outpatient and occasional inpatient consults
