St. Joseph Medical Center Elgin, IL is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Support to join our medical group and support our outpatient and inpatient cardiology services.
Position Details
- Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group , a multi-specialty, hospital-affiliated provider group.
- Join a team of experienced board-certified cardiologists and cardiac care professionals.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Daytime Hours) with limited weekend or on-call expectations
- Position is outpatient-focused with some limited inpatient care and transitional follow-up
- No invasive procedures required
- Ideal candidate is an AGACNP or FNP with at least 1 year of cardiology or internal medicine experience
- Supports both continuity of care and chronic disease management

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $130,000-$150,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
