Child Caregiver (Babysitter)

Job Summary:

A reliable and responsible Caregiver/ Babysitter is needed to care for children in a safe, nurturing, and playful environment. The Caregiver/Babysitter will be responsible for overseeing the children's activities, engaging them in fun and educational activities, and ensuring their safety and overall well-being of the children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of children in your care.

• Organize age-appropriate activities and games to engage children and promote their development.

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to parents' instructions.

• Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diaper changes, and dressing.

• Assist with schoolwork and educational activities.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing play areas.

• Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on children's activities, behavior, and any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous babysitting or childcare experience is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and the ability to handle emergencies calmly.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Each Caregiver must have a minimum of two (2) relevant and satisfactory employment references.

• The Caregiver must be trained in First Aid and CPR.

• The Caregiver must be trained in emergency protocols and procedures.

Work Hours:

Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on parents' needs.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
