The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in NetSuite ERP with a nuanced understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain dynamics, and advanced business process optimization. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the principal advisor to manufacturing clients, offering strategic insights and translating business challenges into tailored NetSuite solutions. Lead discovery workshops to identify client needs, assess pain points, and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices. Define project roadmaps, aligning NetSuite capabilities with client business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes. Solution Design & Implementation
Architect and implement NetSuite solutions, including core ERP, Advanced Manufacturing, WMS (Warehouse Management System), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and SCM (Supply Chain Management). Develop and configure NetSuite workflows to support manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead integration efforts with external platforms (e.g., CRM, PLM, MES, eCommerce) using SuiteTalk, REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics to meet specific client requirements. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Serve as the escalation point for project challenges, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high-quality delivery standards. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction. Manage data migration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity during transitions from legacy systems to NetSuite. Recommend and implement scalable processes and automation to support clients long-term growth. Training & Support
Deliver comprehensive training to client teams, ensuring smooth adoption of NetSuite solutions. Provide post-implementation support, system performance monitoring, and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in NetSuite ERP solutions. Proven expertise in implementing NetSuite solutions in the manufacturing sector, including discrete, process, and lean manufacturing. Strong track record of managing multi-million-dollar ERP projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP, Advanced Manufacturing, SCM, and Financials. Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk integration. Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows, including BOMs, routings, work orders, capacity planning, and inventory control. Expertise in data migration, ETL processes, and database management (SQL). Familiarity with third-party integration platforms like Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
NetSuite ERP Consultant and SuiteCloud Developer certifications. Advanced understanding of manufacturing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
