Duties include but not limited to:
Safely and efficiently operate CDL A equipment
Comply in accordance with FMCSA regulations
Safely and securely handle pick up and deliveries
Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections
Provide exceptional customer service
Paper work handling pertaining to work load
Promptly and professionally communicate with team members (Dispatch, Office, Warehouse)
Report all discrepancies, accidents, injuries, mechanic issues to proper personnel
Comply with all policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
All other tasks assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Valid Hawaii CDL A
1 year CDL experience preferred
Clean driving abstract
TWIC required for port access
Hazmat endorsement is +!
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements
