Account Manager Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Service a book of personal lines business, including policy renewals, endorsements, and new placements. Market and place both new and renewal business with appropriate carriers. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling to existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary liaison between clients, prospects, and multiple insurance carriers. Maintain accurate and organized client records in secure systems.
Account Manager Job Requirements
Current Property & Casualty insurance license required. Strong team player with empathy, persuasion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, be coachable, and take initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
Account Manager Job Benefits
Competitive base salary ($60,000$75,000 annually) plus bonus opportunities. Paid Time Off (PTO). MondayFriday work schedule. 401(k) with 3% company match. Opportunities for career growth and advancement. Supportive and collaborative team environment.
