Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, dispensers). Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors in warehouse aisles, breakrooms, offices, and hallways. Collect, empty, and dispose of trash and recycling from designated bins throughout the facility. Clean breakroom and kitchen areas, including counters, sinks, microwaves, and tables. Replenish supplies in restrooms and breakrooms (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windowsills, ledges, office furniture, and equipment. Clean the warehouse floors and remove debris in high-traffic areas to reduce safety hazards. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and per training. Report any facility maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, supply shortages) to the supervisor. Follow all safety guidelines, including using PPE and handling cleaning chemicals according to SDS sheets. Support special cleaning projects as assigned (e.g., deep cleans, spill response, seasonal floor maintenance). Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or basic repairs, as directed. Maintain organized storage of janitorial supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Benefits offered:
