We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring every product we make is safe, defect-free, and meets the highest industry standards. In this role, you'll oversee a dedicated team-including QC Technicians, Dish Room staff, and Night Shift Sanitation associates-and be at the forefront of upholding our commitment to food safety and regulatory excellence. Your leadership will be essential in keeping our operations compliant, efficient, and audit-ready.

Ensures company focus on producing food that is always safe for customers Leads staff of QC Technicians, Dish Room and Night Shift Sanitation associates Improves and maintains HACCP plan Provides direction and leadership of the company's Quality Assurance, Food Safety, GMP, Sanitation, and Pest Control Programs Leads effort to maintain company's SQF 2000 Level 3 Certification Prepares and validates Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures Develops, implements, and maintains plant allergen and pest control programs Coordinates plant Sanitation/Regulatory/GMP inspection and audit program Acts as main point of contact for all customer and 3rd party food safety and quality audits Drives corrective action program; coordinates internal improvement activities to comply with all regulations Develops and delivers sanitation, GMP, Pest Control, Allergen, QA, Safety and Regulatory Programs Develops constructive relationship with USDA FSIS personnel Ensures accuracy of labels as per regulatory requirements Manages laundry process and leads cost reduction effort in coat program Who You Are
We seek a results-driven Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong tactical execution capabilities to drive our firm's growth initiatives. This role requires both analytical rigor and hands-on expertise in modern marketing tools and technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes for our firm and clients. Qualifications: Degree in Food Science or related field - Master's or PhD preferred SQF or Equivalent external audit experience Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in food manufacturing Quality Control Must have USDA plant experience Leadership / supervisory experience Positive attitude with strong initiative Excellent communication skills Benefits
