REPORTS TO:
Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds
JOB GOAL:
To provide building and equipment maintenance and repair.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Miscellaneous general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds which may include: • plumbing work • electrical repairs • lock repair & installation • HVAC repairs • furniture repair • brush and spray painting • concrete and masonry work • landscaping • equipment design and development
2. Assume such other related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work year to be determined by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the board's policy on evaluation of non-certified staff.
