What You'll Be Doing Performing a variety of unskilled tasks or labor operations throughout the facility.
Assist with material handling and loading/unloading as directed
Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety across the plant
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to support operational efficiency
Respond to operational needs including emergency repairs and routine tasks
What Are We Looking For Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
Ability to perform physical work in outdoor industrial settings
Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to changing tasks
Clear communication and willingness to learn on the job
Skilled in handling tools and basic mechanical tasks
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
