Content Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Manage the production queue for internal and external audiobook providers Collect and organize key elements required for audiobook production Prioritize workflow based on input from various stakeholders Track titles through production stages and troubleshoot issues as needed Use content management systems to update and maintain product records Apply metadata to existing audiobook titles Ensure data accuracy post-publication and log updates appropriately Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (preferably in a humanities-related field) At least 1 year of professional proofreading/copyediting experience At least 1 year of editorial or content operations experience in audiobook or podcast publishing Technical skills in: Windows OS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Database workflows and best practices Task prioritization and cross-functional collaboration Seniority level
