Overview
Location: Onsite from Day One – Boston, MA

Compensation: $180k Gross (Base+10% Org bonus +10% Performance Bonus)

Technology& is partnering with our client to hire a skilled MuleSoft Architect who will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define integration patterns, data flows, and APIs to connect enterprise systems.
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and templates to streamline delivery.
Solution Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation of MuleSoft projects.
- Ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Manage deployments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Partner with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to developers.
- Serve as the primary MuleSoft subject matter expert for client and internal teams.
Performance & Security
- Optimize integration performance for scalability and availability.
- Define and enforce governance and security policies, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical architecture documents and deployment guides.
- Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in integration development and architecture.
- 5+ years hands-on with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Studio).
- Strong understanding of RESTful/SOAP services, DataWeave, and API lifecycle management.
- Experience with integration protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, JMS, AMQP, FTP, SFTP).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid integration environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
Preferred Certifications
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Data modeling, ETL, and middleware platforms.
- Integrations with Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
