Job Title
Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Summary
Responsible for the recruitment, selection and on-boarding of additional and replacement staff for both exempt and non-exempt employees utilizing internal and external sources.
Essential Job Functions
- Recruits, screens, and interviews applicants for employment
- Coordinates internal job posting and transfer program
- Consults with management to recommend and identify the most qualified applicants
- Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs
- Manages the on-boarding process including conducting reference checks on potential hires, extending offers to selected candidates and ensuring completion of all new hire checks and paperwork
- Ensures that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations and organization policies and procedures
- Develops and posts position postings internally and/or externally as requested
- Assists with the coordination of the new hire orientation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter in a health care organization

- Ability to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted timeframes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building/coaching skills
- Proven ability to build credible, effective working relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- General knowledge of various employment law and practices
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
