Overview

Pact, an international nongovernmental organization, is recruiting for a Chief Development Officer.

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will lead Pact's global resource development strategy, overseeing business development, donor cultivation, strategic partnerships, and proposal design. The role focuses on securing funding from institutional donors (e.g., U.S. Government, European governments, multilaterals) and private sector sources (corporations, foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices), while enhancing Pact's brand visibility and reputation worldwide.

Responsibilities

The CDO will design and implement a bold multi-year revenue growth strategy, expand funding opportunities across diverse sectors and geographies, and guide engagement with the Board’s Development Committee. They will lead the full business development lifecycle, build and steward strategic partnerships, and represent Pact at high-profile forums. Managing a high-performing global team, the CDO will foster innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
