What You’ll Do
- Technical Visionary : Lead enterprise architecture decisions for production AI agent deployments, designing solutions that address authentication, integration complexity, and operational visibility to enable AI to take real-world actions.
- Customer Champion : Build deep relationships with AI/ML leaders and CTOs at Global 2000 enterprises, understanding their deployment challenges and crafting secure, compliant solutions using our platform.
- Community Leader & Evangelist : Represent Arcade.dev across channels—speaking at conferences, writing technical posts, engaging on social media, and contributing content that positions us in AI agent infrastructure.
- Hands-On Builder : Continue coding and building solutions directly with customers—navigating tool-calling architectures, MCP implementations, and enterprise security requirements. Build agents for Arcade along the way.
- Foundational Builder of Solutions Architect Function : Establish the Solutions Architect function from the ground up and help scale the team.
What You Bring
Must Haves
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with a track record of designing systems that handle complex authentication, authorization, and integration at scale
- Deep AI/ML expertise including hands-on experience with LLMs, tool-calling/function-calling, agent frameworks, and production AI deployment
- Understanding of modern protocols including MCP (Model Context Protocol), OAuth, API security, and enterprise integration patterns
- Enterprise domain knowledge with understanding of compliance (SOC2, PCI), security frameworks, and complex organizational structures
- Active coding ability in modern languages (e.g., Python & Go) and frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents), and willingness to implement custom integrations
- Proven public speaking and content creation experience with comfort presenting at conferences, writing technical blogs, participating in podcasts, and maintaining an active professional presence
- Community engagement track record and ability to build thought leadership across developer and enterprise communities
- Presence in major tech hubs with strong connections in the SF Bay Area, New York, or Austin; willingness to travel
- Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture, technical sales, or consulting with Global 2000 enterprise clients
Nice to Haves
- Previous Principal Solutions Architect or similar experience at a high-growth AI or infrastructure company
- Strong personal brand with existing AI/enterprise tech following and track record of viral technical content
- Community leadership such as organizing meetups or hosting developer podcasts
- Content creation expertise including technical writing or video production
- Identity and authentication expertise with knowledge of OAuth, SAML, SSO, and zero-trust security
- Agent framework experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar
- Experience with integration platforms like Zapier, MuleSoft, or Workato
- Enterprise security background with understanding of CISO requirements and compliance frameworks
- Startup scaling experience with ability to build and scale technical functions from 0 to 1
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
