The Role: Senior Vice President, Global Procurement — a heavyweight procurement executive who can elevate sourcing from a cost center to a strategic lever across the globe. Opportunity to step into a boardroom seat and architect a global procurement function from the ground up.
You’ll lead all aspects of procurement including strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, supplier diversity, risk management, and team leadership across multiple categories and continents. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work with top operators. If you’re ready to build something world-class , this is your shot.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the global procurement strategy across all product categories and indirect spend
- Oversee sourcing operations across North America, LATAM, Europe, and Asia
- Drive cost optimization , supplier innovation, and long-term value creation
- Develop strategic relationships with key global suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Champion sustainable, ethical sourcing aligned with corporate values
- Lead a team of procurement leaders, recruit, coach, and scale as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product, Legal, and Finance
- Build systems, processes, and analytics from the ground up, or improve what doesn’t work
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in global procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods across international markets
- A track record of transforming procurement functions and delivering measurable savings and value
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, non-bureaucratic , entrepreneurial environments
- High EQ, low ego — you get things done and bring people with you
