Job Title : Senior Media Manager – Retail Media

Location : Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid - minimum 1 day per week in office)

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, a fast-growing media agency, seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager (Retail Media) to lead retail media strategies for top CPG brands , working across Amazon and other major platforms such as Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, and Kroger Precision Marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering measurable results through hands-on campaign execution, client relationship management, and close collaboration with internal media specialists to drive integrated strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage retail media campaigns across Amazon and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and impactful campaign strategies.
  • Interpret complex data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Present clear and compelling updates, strategies, and results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on delivering outstanding satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and measurement tools to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in media buying, with a strong focus on retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing).
  • Expertise in ad formats, targeting options, and measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal interactions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with advanced analytics and measurement tools within retail media and e-commerce.
