GHA Technologies, Inc. seeks experienced technology sales professionals for nationwide roles, including Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VPs, and National Account Managers. We sell AI technologies and related IT products to Corporate, Government, and Education clients across the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base and commission-based earnings with a highly lucrative package; top salespeople reported earning between $96,000 and $2,000,000 annually.
• W-2 employment with Medical, Dental, and HSA benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, and ESOP stock ownership.
• Immediate pay raise potential and professional growth opportunities.
• Performance-based bonuses and client-generation credits (e.g., up to $10,000 new client account credits; up to $5,000 new account donation credits; up to $400 in gift cards for business-building activities).
• Specific incentive details include: $10k fast-start bonus per month for 12 months (requires one new commercial account with at least 250 employees); $2,500 first-week training pay for the first five training days; $500 per virtual appointment bonus with no cap; up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call targets and at least one qualified onsite appointment; 200% of profit margin for the first 90 days; 40–59% of profit margin after 90 days.
• Stock shares for GHA employee owners yearly on top of commissions and bonuses.

Requirements

• Currently hiring experienced sales professionals nationwide with a minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
• Industry focus includes IT services and IT consulting, computer and network security, and computer hardware manufacturing.
