What’s the role?
As the Manager of Solution Engineering , you’ll lead a high-performing, field-based team of Solution Engineers who help our customers solve real-world problems with creativity and technical savvy. You’ll coach, inspire, and empower your team to deliver value with every conversation, demo, and solution they build. You’ll work side-by-side with your team to build scalable strategies that shape the go-to-market approach and influence product direction, collaborating with Sales and Product leaders to scale a team that’s ambitious and outcomes-focused.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of Solution Engineers, fostering growth, trust, and excellence.
- Hire, onboard, and develop top talent to scale with the business.
- Build go-to-market strategies, new business and expansion playbooks, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with Sales to analyze pipeline health, win rates, and customer feedback, and take action.
- Champion customer needs internally, working with Product Managers to influence the roadmap and elevate the voice of the customer.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders at customer organizations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years leading pre-sales or Solution Engineering teams — ideally in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or closely related space
- 7-10 years overall industry experience in enterprise SaaS or related domains
- A natural leader who motivates by example
- Deep experience engaging with senior IT leaders and CIOs, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong storytelling in technical demos and solution selling that focuses on value, not just features
- Tech-savvy collaborator who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Experience building and scaling repeatable pre-sales processes and frameworks

Additional Information
- The annual base salary range for this position is $163,200 - $234,600 + variable compensation.
- Compensation is based on location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
