Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
You'll take on direct file responsibility in trust and estate litigation and administration matters, with Partner oversight. Expect to handle client communications, discovery, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trials. The firm is open to training candidates with transferable experience in litigation or uncontested probate matters.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation or probate experience preferred
- CA Bar
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Daily billing discipline; weekly hours reviewed every Monday
- Attorneys who are team players—no task is "beneath" anyone
