Overview
Phillips Spallas & Angstadt LLP is an established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Napa Valley, and Las Vegas. The firm is seeking a civil litigation defense attorney to join the San Francisco office. The ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney who wants to develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and enjoyable environment.
Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr
You will report directly to a partner and, depending on your legal experience, will likely be the primary handling attorney on your own cases. You will handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients. Preparing for and participating in trials is also a possibility.

Qualifications
- Licensed California attorney (State Bar of California required).
- Experience in civil litigation; 2-3 years with experience drafting and arguing motions and taking/defending depositions (preferred).
- Ability to work in Hybrid remote/in-office setting in San Francisco, CA 94105.

- Base salary: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
