Travel Nursing Job Details
- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab
- Location: Passaic, NJ (07055) - Northern New Jersey healthcare jobs
- Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
- Duration: 26 weeks (Start: 09/22/2025 - End: 03/22/2026)
- Shift: 8 Hour Days (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,450-$2,620
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiovascular Lab, or Critical Care setting
- Ability to pass all required onboarding screenings and competency exams
- Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in the cardiac cath lab
- Monitor and document patient conditions throughout cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and the cardiovascular healthcare team regarding patient status
- Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory management, and procedure room preparation
- Obtain and prepare supplies for individual cardiac cases
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives within the cath lab
