As a Production Specialist, you will be part of the production department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production SpecialistLocation: Clackamas, ORPay Range: $21/hrShift: 6pm-6:30am (2-2-3 rotation)What's the Job? Perform all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature. Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters. Work collaboratively with the team to determine the root cause of any problems.What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent.
