Experience required in the following areas: - Staffing Ratios: 1:4 - Previous charge experience is preferred. - Patient ratio experience: 4 patients. - Preferred charting system experience: Epic. - Community hospital experience preferred. - Travel experience required. Key Skills: - Accessing Ports - Arterial line management - Blood product administration - Care of ventilated patients - Central line care and management - Chest tubes management - Continuous bladder irrigation - Management of cerebrovascular accidents - ER Holding experience - External CPAP/BIPAP - Feeding tube care and management - Heparin protocols - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Interpretation of ABGs - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation precautions - IV insulin protocols - Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration - Management of dysrhythmias - Neuro stepdown experience - Non-invasive airway management - Oxygen administration using face masks - Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) - Peripheral line care and management - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Portable oxygen tank management - Pre/Post Hemodialysis management - Procedural sedation administration - Renal failure management - Management of spinal cord injuries - Starting IVs - Management of surgical drains - Telemetry monitoring - Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips - Titration of insulin drips - Tracheostomy management - Use of Rapid Response Teams - Wound care and wound vac management Daily Census: 32 patients. Number of beds: 32.
