Pay Information $1,822 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Oncology Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 13.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Patient assessment and intervention skills - Medication administration capability - Ability to follow through with orders and observe patients - Documentation in EHR - Implementation and monitoring of the plan of care - Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Description: This position requires thorough patient assessment and intervention. The registered nurse will be responsible for medication administration. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow through with medical orders and observe patients closely. Documentation in electronic health records (EHR) is essential. The nurse will implement and monitor the plan of care developed for each patient. Experience with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) is required. The patient population includes oncology, hematology, end-of-life care/hospice, and overflow medical/surgical cases. The unit consists of 16 beds. BLS certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
