FCI of Redmond, WA is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of flooring project production, from small installations to complex, multi-week projects, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate with leadership after each sale to understand project details.
- Source and order materials, balancing efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise installation teams, selecting the best fit for each project.
- Ensure materials are prepared and available before work begins.
- Assist with installations and perform small repairs when needed.
- Maintain regular communication with customers about project progress.
- Conduct final walk-throughs to secure positive reviews.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Use hand and power tools, along with paints and stains.
- Address customer complaints promptly.
