About the Role The Marketing & Digital Content Manager plays a key role in driving DMA's digital marketing efforts and enhancing its online presence. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. The Marketing & Digital Manager will manage the company's digital channels, content creation, and advertising campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies. This is a hands-on role involving collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the brand message is consistently communicated across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition goals. Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.

Content Creation & Management: Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms (blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, etc.). Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring materials are on-brand and tailored to various digital channels.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze KPIs (website traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI), and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Social Media & Online Advertising: Manage the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. Oversee paid social campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and online advertising (Google Ads and display networks), ensuring budgets are adhered to and goals are met.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers for specialized content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.

Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies; propose and implement new tactics to maintain a competitive advantage.

Brand Consistency & Customer Experience: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing efforts; develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and digital experience.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer.

This position has several direct reports.

Requirements Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment. Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) are preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize campaigns; excellent written and verbal communication in English; creative mindset for generating engaging content; strong project management; collaborative team player; proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.); familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media); familiarity with analytics tools; knowledge of social media platforms and advertising ecosystems; understanding of email marketing automation and CRM systems.

Technology: Proficient with basic computer functions, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools; experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot) and social media management tools; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements This role is primarily office-based with occasional requirements related to content production, event support, or vendor collaboration.

Mobility: Move freely within an office environment and occasionally between locations for meetings, shoots, or event coordination.

Standing and Walking: May be required for short periods during meetings, trade shows, or media production activities.

Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lift or transport materials up to 25 pounds.

Posture and Motion: Extended computer use; occasional bending or reaching when handling marketing materials or equipment.

Vision and Hearing: Adequate vision for editing digital content and designing layouts; hearing to participate in meetings.

Work Environment: Standard office with occasional exposure to off-site environments and travel.

Travel Requirements Occasional domestic travel may be required to attend trade shows, conferences, events, or to coordinate with external vendors. Estimated travel is less than 15% of the time.

80000-95000 Yearly Salary
