Associate Brand Experience Manager (Jimmy John's) We are looking for a passionate, creative and highly motivated brand strategist, who is seeking a challenging yet rewarding role within one of the fastest-growing brands in QSR today. This role requires strategic thinking, strong attention to detail, long-term project ownership, and extreme comfort supporting cross functional workstreams.

The Associate Manager will be a key member among Jimmy John’s dynamic, fast-paced culture, and will play a critical role in driving continued growth for the Jimmy John’s brand and Franchisees through innovation and strategy. We are looking for a hands-on and inspirational contributor who can motivate others.

More specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and supporting strategic sales-growth initiatives for the Jimmy John’s brand, with oversight from the Director of Brand Experience Strategy & Planning and in partnership with various Inspire Brands’ shared service departments. These “big bets” can touch any and all parts of the Jimmy John’s brand experience, including our menu offering, delivery model, loyalty program, promotional calendar, ecommerce, and pricing strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies, conceptualizes, and maintains the roadmaps (in partnership with Director) for the discovery, testing, and launch of complex growth initiatives to meet long-range plan (LRP) sales targets

Effectively manages cross-functional teams with Brand Team members and Inspire Brands’ shared services to make progress on key workstreams/initiatives and ensure flawless go-to-market execution (Supply Chain, Culinary, Category Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Customer Marketing, Digital Retail, Revenue Management, Training, Operations, Analytics, Consumer Insights, etc.)

Manages market tests for product-, pricing-, delivery-, or technology-related initiatives that require in-store testing, including test cell design, test/control store selection, KPIs

Captures and organizes key test learnings so they can be addressed prior to scaled rollouts

Triangulates consumer behavior, operational, and business performance data to inform strategic calendar planning process

Proactively leverages industry and consumer insights to identify key competitive gaps within Jimmy John’s and quantify “size of prize” for potential sales growth opportunities

Intakes large amounts of data as it applies to consumer insights and analytics and applies those insights to create actionable deliverables to further drive sales, traffic, check and retention goals

Acts as a thought-partner with other Jimmy John’s marketing teams that impact Brand Experience (e.g., Customer Marketing/Loyalty, Digital Retail, Category Management, IMC)

Regularly creates executive-level presentations on project insights, progress, challenges

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or engineering. (MBA preferred)

Professional Experience:

3-5 years of brand marketing, strategy, or consulting experience.

Given long-term nature of projects, can effectively manage roadmaps and meet key milestone deadlines

Comfort in working with and aggregating large amounts of 1st party and 3rd party data as it applies to consumer insights and analytics and turning that into actionable deliverables to further drive sales, traffic, check and retention goals

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH functions) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)

Familiarity with utilizing Tableau or PowerBI dashboards to self-service and “slice and dice” data into different cuts
