Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Client Care Receptionist to join their client's dynamic team in Waterbury, Connecticut. This role is essential for ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client service. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Required Work Hours
Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.. Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
