Key Skills / Responsibilities
Leadership and Supervision: Direct and supervise the Maintenance staff, overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Technical Expertise:
Apply extensive experience in engineering, maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations. Problem-Solving and Decision Making:
Evaluate and select amoung alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, handingling problems effectively in high-pressure situations. Communication Skills: Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests. Financial Acumen:
Work with and understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations. Project Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations. Education & Experience
Bachelor'sdegreeandatleast5yearsofexperienceinarelatedfield,includingpriormanagementexperience. Experienceinahotelorrelatedfieldisrequired,withatradelicensepreferred.
