Senior Manager, Programmatic Strategy - Demand

This role reports to the Senior Director, Programmatic Strategy and focuses on demand strategy, demand insights, DSP relationship management, programmatic products, and business analysis. The position will help future proof NBCU’s programmatic advertising business and will be highly collaborative—working regularly with sales, ad operations, product, and planning teams. Own demand side strategy for the programmatic business, including analyzing business trends, measuring the uplift of new initiatives, proposing optimizations, and highlighting results. Identify opportunities to increase demand health and addressability (e.g., certifications, signals, and related areas). Serve as day-to-day contact for DSP partners and internal programmatic teams (planning, operations, product, sales), clearly communicating performance and progress of new initiatives. Recommend and evaluate new revenue opportunities to grow programmatic demand, such as demand insights and optimizations. Evaluate, expand, and track the performance of new partnerships and partnership product launches. Collaborate with the business intelligence team to maintain data integrity in internal systems and enhance reporting capabilities. Manage the programmatic product roadmap across the certification landscape. Stay abreast of developments in the broader media and advertising technology industry and within NBCUniversal’s ad tech ecosystem. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience directly working in programmatic at a leading corporation, agency, technology platform, or management consulting firm, with 1+ years of business intelligence and SQL experience preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly. Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to summarize information/analyses into concise slides. Expert Excel user, comfortable with large datasets, consolidating data from multiple sources, and nested formulas. Expert deck work user, including slides, visuals, and tables; ability to create compelling presentations. Passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity. Desired Characteristics

Foundational understanding of advertising sales, advanced advertising, and the programmatic marketplace. Strong attention to detail in reports, emails, and presentations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Highly adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about television, ad tech, and digital media. Additional Information

Hybrid : This position is hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Salary range:

$115,000 - $140,000

+ bonus eligible. The position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other discounts and perks).
