Position Responsibilities : ?

Handling customer inquiries via inbound or outbound call relating to equipment issues and troubleshooting

Diagnosing problems with cold-drink and/or fountain equipment based on detailed descriptions provided by customer

Providing clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectively

Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Must be at least 21 years old

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
